How long will my print take to arrive?
The delivery time depends on the type of print you choose.
For fine art paper prints, please allow up to 2 weeks for production and shipping.
For canvas prints, as they require additional preparation and handling, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. All shipments are fully tracked and insured.
What is your return policy?
Each artwork is made to order with great care, which means we’re unable to accept returns. However, if your print arrives damaged or with a rare production defect, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
What if my print is damaged during shipping?
If your print is damaged in transit, we’ll take care of it. Simply send us a few clear photos or a short video of the damage so we can process the replacement and file an insurance claim with the shipping provider. Your experience and satisfaction matter deeply to us.
